Making Cash While Relaxing

Hi Albie here! Right now, I’m writing this at the dock while waiting to go aboard the Catalina Express ship. This is a really fast catamaran shaped vessel that flies through the water propelled by two or three huge engines.

White water shoots across the water, shot out by the massive engines as the Catalina Express flies across the sea toward Avalon. This is the main town on Catalina that is still just as quaint as ever, with its lack of cars and lack of overpopulation. 
.
On our anniversary, over twenty years ago, my wife Janette and I stayed at a really cool pink “Victorian era” like hotel called Hotel St. Lauren. I’m looking over at it right now and remembering how much fun we had there!
.
My daughter and I then enjoyed renting a couple of bikes and riding fast along the main road along the ocean. It was fun to feel the ocean breeze on our faces, the pretty waves crashing along the beach as we rode swiftly past shore line cliffs and rocks. That feeling has a lot to do with the adrenaline rush too – I’m
sure!

Together, my wife, daughter and I each took turns leading our cute fluffy dog along the hotels, beach shops, restaurants, and ocean wharf. One of the beautiful things about Catalina is that the ocean and water here is crystal clear and a magnificent green and blue hue. It’s also a bit cold in the winter (as I found after dropping my towel on the sand and jumping in the waves!).

We then found a friend who was willing to take us in his golf cart and motored us up and down and all over the hills of Avalon. It was really beautiful! As you may imagine, there’s still tons of trees and nature here as it’s a protected island and it feels like a breath of fresh air from Los Angeles. 
.
You may be wondering how an island adventure has anything to do with working online and what tips I can give you about it from this! Good question. It’s just that almost any topic you pick can become a perfect subject to explain internet marketing.
.
For instance, one of the main things I felt while being here is just the ability to just take a break from all my work and from wondering how my clients were doing and what sales we made today etc…
.
However, I will point out that we made a big sale today while we were here and the cool thing was that I didn’t really have to do anything. When Elizabeta (my business partner) texted me on Skype to tell me about the sale, all I did was smile and tell my wife! Haha.

But let me not lead you into a delusion. Elizabeta and I honesty do work and we do implement bits and pieces of the 5 Critical Skills everyday. I mean, we advertise everyday (Skill #1), we make capture pages every other week or so (Skill #2), we build our list
every day (get new subscribers to our email list – Skill #3), we email clients, prospective subscribers and paying members back each day (Skill #4), and we work on building and eventually completing new funnels, emails and programs a little each day (I mean, that’s partly what I’m doing writing this – Skill #5).
.
Like multi-millionaire, Jim Rohn talked about: “Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.”

See what I mean? Can you do this? Of course!

You just need some coaching how to create some practical habits and be persistent to see your part time eventually turn into additional part time cash as you take your business anywhere in the world. Can this change your life and lifestyle? For sure.

Everyone needs to promote like this (EVERYONE)

Hi! Albie here. So if you’re going to ask other people to send you money in exchange for your offer – then you better be good at promoting (with your offers) Right! And honestly this is how Elizabeta and I earn all the time. People see our emails and click the links or email us back and we connect back with them. And this is all part of Critical Skill #4: “Effective Communication with Your List”.

So Elizabeta and I realized many people have real problems with affiliate marketing. They don’t build their list. They just promote links hoping to get a sale from the promotion itself. They jump from one program to the next, thinking that the next program will be the “magic one” and how they will earn. 

We also realized that creating ad pages, landing pages, capture pages etc is the biggest problem working online. In order to create them, you will need a Squeeze page builder such as the Power Lead System (PLS), Onyalist, AIOP, BuildabizOnline etc…or WordPress plugins and hosting. You can see our downline builder if you want to check them out. 

Affiliate marketers need to know how to create these ad pages so they can get more subscribers and contact these people on their list. But it is often too much for them to be able to do without proper training. Also, they don’t know how to promote their pages and which traffic sources are the most effective.

All this is WHY we created the Steps to Six Figures course that you can find in the Prosperity Marketing System. It helps everyone to be able to learn how to create ad pages with a simple share code for free where they can simply change their photo and add what they want to their pages!

We created pre-written email campaigns (which they can edit) for AWeber and PLS to promote their ad pages and promote their products in their email campaigns. In this way, you can send out appealing ad pages, build your list, connect with your list and begin to earn from the very beginning as you learn the 5 Critical Skills and get better and better. Your Success Portal

Hi! 

Albie here somewhere between Pasadena and Catalina Island. As you already know I love sailing and I love being out at sea seeing the waves rolling under the boat! 🙂 Anyway, I wanted to share with you today the “Success Portal“. I know if you’re anything like me you would like to know how to make big sales online.

So the funny thing is that making ANY sales online involves giving away free stuff. And learning the 5 Critical Skills so that you can earn consistently. But I will try to explain or sum up the basic procedure in a couple sentences. Let’s see if you can follow the line of thought: So first you send your ad. Second you MUST get subscribers to your ad page and subscribing to your own list or the whole process is of no effect. Understand that I’m NOT trying to get sales at this point.

Once you get a subscriber, then they will get your automatic emails (one at a time each day) and you’re in the process of building your list on your autoresponder. Your emails must encourage communication with your subscribers and/or build “know, like & trust” so that your list will click the links you have in your email. It is this trust that allows you to earn a sale. Many people try putting links in their emails but have no success. And this is because they haven’t built communication channels or trust. That’s the simple truth.

Lastly, you need to give away something free so your subscribers can test out what you’re sharing with them and see if you and your program is worth it and worthy of the trust they’ve given you. If that stands up you gain new members. And the bigger the program is, the bigger your chances of earning. For instance, one program we use is the Power Lead System (PLS) and has a free seven day tour of its awesome system (which gives you every tool and training you need to learn the 5 Critical Skills) and you can earn big monthly commissions from it. You can also earn 100, 500 and up to a 1000 with the high ticket items inside the PLS system. This allows your earnings to skyrocket.

But you won’t earn unless you go to the trouble to invest (have you ever seen someone earn from a hotel who hadn’t invested in the hotel? I mean, even if you rent out an apartment room and earn from Airbnb, you still have to invest in renting the room and making sure it’s clean and has no problems. This takes money and risk. Earning from a business is much different than earning from a job. A job you must put in the hours and get the same earnings each month. A business, you can keep increasing your earnings each month. And what I just showed you with PLS is how you keep increasing your earnings online and how you can make big ticket sales.

Now I’m not talking about using free traffic today, as this would  literally take you and I all day to click for credits to get the amount of weekly hits I’m talking about.

The site I’m taking about today is called Referral Frenzy. This site allows you to send to over 99 ad sites with only three or four clicks. It literally saves me hours of time each day.

How to “Share What You Love” Online!

So let me go into the MOST effective way to share what you love with people online and get results! Have you ever heard of building your mailing list? Of course you have! So as you begin to build your list, you just need to start learning how to write effective emails to your list. And do what I do: Share what you LOVE with them! Not only that, as you gain more experience, you will learn how to transition into a topic that will help them and encourage them at the end of the email to communicate with you and help you begin to earn online!

So how do you share what you love in an email? Let me get into it:

I start out by thinking of something I’m interested in writing about. It could be anything. However, I love talking about sailing the most – to be honest. If a boat is in the conversation, my ears perk up like a dog that smells food! (LOL!). So I start off by introducing myself. Then I tell them that I love sailing and that I was just out sailing last weekend (for instance) and sailed through powerful wind blown waves that wanted to push me into the rocks. I write something that is true and that is interesting. Then I TRANSITION. I share with them that just as the ocean often has an “agenda” of taking me places I don’t want to go (such as the rocks!), so it’s the same with internet marketing. There are always negative things that happen to your business online. Here’s an example: new members can create problems. For instance, when I get a new member that pays and signs up but then has no interest in actually succeeding or following the training to have success. Its irritating and disheartening because I’m thinking “well this person’s not going to get anywhere! Not only that, they won’t have success and they won’t bring new people into our business and in addition, I won’t earn anything more from this member as they won’t want to buy anything else (such as advertising for instance), and they won’t bring anyone else in under them so I won’t earn the team overrides. And of course, I feel sad too because they will give up in a month or two and then have a bad experience. So you can see how my feeling of “fighting the waves” and “fighting online” are similar. I then transition again. I write something like this: 
.
“But you know, then I learned something. I learned that in sailing, you can get where you want to go by adjusting the sails and tacking (in a 90 degree angle to the wind for instance) and online, you realize that out of every ten people that sign up, only one or two will be really worth your time and to concentrate more energy on those ones. Try to help them but if they turn into “bad eggs”, leave them alone and move on. This helped me a lot!” So then I transition again to a ‘call to action‘, like this: “So now I want you to understand that life always brings struggle into the equation. If you’re wondering how I’ve managed to figure out how to have success not only at sea, but online too, just simply reply back with the subject line “tell me more” and I will send you more info.”

See how I did that? That’s how I’ve managed to write about 200 emails and put them in my autoresponder over the years. But it all started by starting with one email. And I was scared to get started. I was afraid that people would unsubscribe to my list and even more scary was the thought that they would think my emails were stupid. This almost stopped me from learning. But it didn’t. I decided that it would take me a year, writing one email a day, to get any good at this. So that’s the route I took and after 30 or so emails, I started getting the hang of this…and you will too!

So now it’s time to think about what will you risk to achieve your dreams? The thing is, you don’t have to search everywhere to figure out the formula like Elizabeta and I did.

A mentor is the ONLY reason Elizabeta and I were able to pull out of being in a rut advertising for years without much to show for it. A mentor is the only reason I was able to figure out the five critical skills.
